Adding a rear extension to improve the flow of the house is particularly difficult when there is no land to build on! This new kitchen extension makes the most of the dramatic views and sits poised above the garden.

Designed to be seen from below, as well as from the deck, the extension appears to hover, but is actually supported on a steel frame.  The structure is set behind the glazing to preserve the clean lines and the surrounding trees reflect in the single sheet of glass.
